How does pickup and drop-off work?

We come to you — no drop-off spot to remember. On your scheduled day, we pick up your dirty diaper bag right from your door and return a clean, freshly folded stack on your next scheduled visit.
What days do you pick up and drop off?

Tuesdays and Fridays, between 4:00 and 7:00 PM, currently in Columbia, Ellicott City, and Elkridge. Fulton & Maple Lawn and Clarksville are coming soon.
Do I need to rinse or spray diapers before pickup?

No — just toss soiled diapers straight into your bag as usual. We handle the rinse, wash, and dry cycle from there, so you can skip the diaper sprayer entirely.
What if I'm not home when you come by?

Leave your bag in your agreed pickup spot — porch, doorstep, wherever works — and we'll leave your clean stack in the same place. No need to be home for either pickup or drop-off.
FAQs/ The wash
What detergent do you use, and is it safe for sensitive skin?

We use a fragrance-free, cloth-safe detergent formulated to avoid the buildup and repelling issues regular detergents can cause on cloth diapers. It's gentle enough for sensitive skin and rinses completely clean.
Can you wash wipes and covers too?

Yes — cloth wipes can be added to either plan for +$8/week. Nest Plus subscribers get covers and wet bags washed for free.
You provide the diapers, or just wash the ones I already own?

We wash and fold the cloth diapers you already own — covers, inserts, pre folds , wet bags, all of it. We don't sell or rent diapers as a separate product; keeping loaner diapers on hand is simply part of the subscription, so you're never without a clean stack.
Do you offer service outside Columbia, Ellicott City, or Elkridge?
